Orders ship from our studio within 5–7 business days. Once your package leaves the studio, delivery times depend on the carrier.

Use a soft cotton or microfiber cloth to polish pearls and stones.
14K gold fill chains and bangles can be cleaned with warm soapy water.
Oxidized Sterling Silver should be cleaned with a soft cloth, as chemicals can lighten its dark appearance.
Heavy perfume and lotion use can take finishes off of Swarovski crystals.
